To respect the ANZAC day tradition, the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market will not operate on the 25th of April, but will instead be having a twilight on the evening Thursday the 23rd of April.
Our twilight markets are held on the strip of grass between where we normally have the market at 23 Mann Street and the Mt Barker Bowling Club.
Along with all the great regular stalls there will be delicious locally inspired dishes available for tea, plus a glass of locally wine or a bottle of loccal perry or beer to help wash it down.
There will be artisans along on the night (and just a gentle reminder that it will only be a couple of weeks til Mother’s Day), I find that twilight markets are a great time to just peruse what’s available at the market without that Saturday morning, should be doing something feeling!
We will also be hosting an ANZAC day biscuit competition on the evening – details on how to enter will be up soon!
