Our mission is to operate a sustainable Farmers Market that empowers and supports both emerging and established producers in the Adelaide Hills Region. We aim to create a vibrant market environment where growers can connect directly with local consumers, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships while promoting local agriculture across the entire community.
About us
The Adelaide Hills Farmers Market has been a beloved fixture in the community since its opening in 2011. Our market offers a charming, village-like atmosphere where you can connect with family and friends while exploring a wide selection of local produce.
At our market, you’ll find a wonderful assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables, artisanal breads and cheeses, free-range eggs, grass-fed meats, local honey, and specialty products like jams and sauces, along with plants, flowers, and handmade crafts. Don’t forget the live music, hot food, delicious coffee, and engaging activities for the whole family.
Our community also enjoys cooking, gardening, and environmental demonstrations that inspire creativity and learning. Kids will love participating in craft activities, their own cooking tent, and fun competitions focused on growing and cooking their own creations.
Our Committee
Our committee comprises dedicated and skilled members of the market community, committed to making the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market the premier destination for local produce and community engagement. They meet monthly to review and manage all aspects of the market.
