Kara-Jane Memorial ~ 5th October 2024
All are welcome to attend.
During the market:
There will be a stall set up to honour the memory of Kara-jane at the market. A cosy space under the Elm tree where people can sit, reflect, and share memories. There will be a book to write in that will be passed on to Kara-Jane’s family afterwards.
Following the market:
A memorial will be held onsite at 2:00pm.
The event will be MC’d by Joan, with speakers from Kara’s friends, family, and the AHFM committee. There will be a music, poetry, and the sharing of special memories and kind words.
Afterwards those who wish are invited to continue on to Duck Flat Community Gardens to share stories and celebrate Kara-Janes life together.
