What do you love about local farmer’s markets?
The one thing that we cherish about the AHFM is the sense of community it brings. Along with having the ability to connect communities to their food system, minimizing waste and pollution while being sustainable.
What does AHFM offer your business?
AHFM gives us the opportunity to be more connected to our customers, support a healthy community and grow our business.
How do you prepare your products for market?
Where do we begin….. Growing produce requires a lot of planning!
It’s all starts with your soil health, and we are super passionate about ensuring we are giving our produce the best start in their journey. We use ALOT of chicken Manure- We age it on our property for as long as we can.
Then we plan our crop up to 8 months out from harvesting followed by lots and lots of planting/seeding and maintaining our produce with weeding and crop management.
Then the fun begins with picking our tasty produce for our beloved markets.
